thoughts for the day
hey ,well today went great .i only had 1 panic attack and it lasted around 10sec. felt like hours though . i get that rush of adrenaline and it goes all though my body .i feel like im dying . and it scares the crap out of me . my family all tell me to get over it and stop whining about being nervous .if only it were that easy . if only they could feel what i feel in those short panic attacks i think they would show more compassion . its something i explain to everybody as the Blair Witch .its scares me i feel it coming but i cant show it to you or make it go away . its fear without a face . no place to hide from it . without warning it strikes and then takes over for maybe seconds or hours then it goes as fast as it came . leaving me drained inside and scared of when it might come again .
