I read an account of a guy that couldn't sleep without watching Golden Girls, personally Star Wars/New Hope works the best for me.. Exercise just gets my motor going.. I'm trying to exercise more before bed. but dang this stinks.
Haha! Whatever works for you, Derek! Don't knock it. We're odd little ducks, but there are tricks to managing our minds. If you find one, no matter how silly it may seem, use it to your advantage. Good luck.
I've got the same list and it's never followed. Getting in bed is easy for me but actually falling asleep is a toughie. I usually daydream for hours when my head hits the pillow. I honestly have to be dead exhausted to fall asleep if not, i'll be up all night. Believe it or not, coffee helps me sleep. Reverse effects of coffee is actually not too shabby.
My list is the same. If I stick to it, I can fall asleep.
