Shame, Stigma Keeps Us from Getting Depression Treatment
Shame and the stigma of depression keep so many people from getting the depression treatment and help they need. I was one of those people. Shame kept me from asking for help and from getting better.
If you’re relating to these words, if you have depression but shame and stigma are keeping you from reaching out for help, I hope you’ll watch my video.
If you have experienced these feelings, how did you get past them and finally get the depression treatment you needed? Please share in the comments or send a response video to info@ healthyplace.com.
