Missed Mental Health Warning Signs in My Childhood

I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder as a young adult. My diagnosis came as a surprise to my family. Maybe I don't fit the stereotypical image of a mentally ill person but as well looked back we saw mental health warning signs we all missed.

Monitoring My Daughter's Mental Health

Now that I have a daughter of my own, I'm going to keep an eye out for those mental health warning signs. My own experiences will hopefully help me to be more aware as a mother.
