During my time in the military I was conditioned to exercise in the early morning hours. Typically, I was in the gym with my fellow comrades by 04:30 and out by 06:30. We knew once we started work our time was no longer our own. Now, as a civilian, I choose sleep over getting to the gym before the aurora. This means if I want to stay physically active and fit, I have to make time during the day or after I depart the office.

It happens to the best of us. We get busy during the day and after being at the office for eight to 10 hours a day and fulfilling other commitments, the window to exercise tends to slip away. To be frank, there are days when I get home I just want to sit, veg and watch a mindless television show. What re-ignited the exercise fire for me was someone asking me: what exercise routine do you follow? My answer was sketchy at best. We both know to feel better, have more energy and even prolong your life, the time is now to get up and get moving. Take charge of your bliss. Take care of you.

Exercises, respectively physical activities, undoubtedly have got many positive effects to our global welfare. But theirs reinvigorate impact to mental health isn't enough judgement in professional and laic circles. As you emphasis in your mindful article regular exercise directly and indirectly promote and strengthen mental condition by releases daily stress injuries and improving sleep. These two component of daily life demand indicates crucial step to global wellbeing. There are many others benefits of physical activity for our global health that support and improve mental health. So it is of great importance to begin, as soon as possible, with physical activities, such are walking, running, exercises and others physical movements. In addition, physical activities are of immanent necessary in postmodern era with dominantly sedentary lifestyle performances. Exercises are also welcomed for mentally ill persons, because they are in deep psycho-motor inhibition and deprivation, as well.

I always say that if you don't do exercise first thing, you won't do it. Retired now, but I always cycled to work 10 miles (16kms) or more, usually on a fixed-wheel bike (one gear, no stopping pedaling).
To have to cycle home again afterwards too gets rid of all office stress and doubles the amount of exercise into the bargain.
