3 Hard Truths About Bipolar Disorder
It is not easy to accept the realities of bipolar disorder. Today, I’m sharing three hard truths that have been difficult for me to take as a person with bipolar 2 disorder.
It requires a lot of patience to overcome the challenges we face living with bipolar disorder. It is not an easy task, and many of the insecurities we have pertain to what others think about our condition. We spend so much time trying to get others to support our diagnosis, that we lose ourselves and what is most important. I have spent years working on embracing bipolar 2 and finding ways to manage it. The time is now to face the truth of bipolar disorder and move towards living an authentic life.
